Since 1954, we have been a leading manufacturer of technical springs – including compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, and flat springs. Our products are used across nearly all industries, from furniture manufacturing to automotive, aerospace, and the oil sector.
CNC-turned precision parts are used in a wide range of industries, including mechanical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and aviation.
At Hirsch, we use state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce precision turned parts for both small and large production runs.
Bent wire parts are essential components in many sectors, such as medical technology, the furniture industry, and instrument manufacturing.

Our tooling capabilities range from progressive dies for series production to custom bending tools for individual parts.
We work with tool steels and PM steels. Using modern grinding, EDM, and milling machines, we can mill workpieces up to 800 x 500 x 400 mm or EDM parts with maximum dimensions of 600 x 400 x 300 mm.
