Whether it’s standard springs in large production runs, special CNC-turned parts in small batches, or even individual pieces with precision manufacturing quality — all Hirsch products are produced according to your specifications to ensure the best possible fit and 100% functionality.
You have several options when it comes to designing your desired products:
- We manufacture based on your technical drawings, with no additional design work required from us,
- We calculate springs using modern software in accordance with EN 13906-1:2002, or
- We handle the design process based on the key data you provide.

Modern Production
Modern products that fully meet your requirements require modern manufacturing techniques. That is why at Hirsch, we have a wide range of production and CNC-controlled machines, enabling us to manufacture and process our entire product range. In addition to state-of-the-art machines from leading manufacturers, we also use tools that we develop and produce ourselves.
These include:
- Spring coiling machines
- CNC-controlled machining centers with up to 28 individually programmable axes
- Eccentric presses
- Punching presses
- Single- or dual-head bending centers with transfer equipment
- Hydraulic and mechanical presses and bending units
Highest Quality
We place the utmost importance on the highest quality in the development and manufacturing of our products — because the springs or turned parts we produce often play vital roles, for example, in medical technology or aerospace.
Springs are tested according to sampling plans and customer specifications. We can perform and document all required test procedures, including individual tests, based on the customer’s specifications.
Torque tests can be conducted using state-of-the-art equipment. However, due to varying influences from test fixtures between customers and suppliers, reproducibility can sometimes be unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, measurements based on geometrical principles have proven to be more accurate and reliable. Corresponding test reports are provided as a matter of course.
For continuous quality assurance, we also operate a comprehensive QA system.

In urgent situations, we respond to our customers’ requests as quickly as possible and deliver custom products at the fastest pace our production allows. Many companies rely on our 24-hour sample manufacturing service to solve problems swiftly.
